Noland Orchards is a family-owned and operated farm with over 100 acres of peaches, pears, and cherry trees. The orchards are located on the Western Slope of Colorado just south of the Colorado River in an area known as East Orchard Mesa, overlooking the charming town of Palisade, Colorado. The mild climate and unique terrain create near-perfect peach growing conditions. The 182-day growing season and an average of 78% sunshine annually make Palisade "The Peach Capital."
Noland Orchards was established by Max & Sue Noland in 1966 with the purchase of 10 acres. In 1967, Max added 20 more acres to farm approximately 5,000 trees. Over the past 50 years, alongside his son, Bryan Noland, the family farm has grown into a present-day modern agricultural operation while maintaining its identity as a small family-run farm.
Presently, Noland Orchards farms over 100 acres of approximately 60,000 fruit trees. We strive to bring our valued consumers the best possible fruit from Western Colorado. Keeping abreast of technological changes within the industry, we can offer our customers the highest quality fruit and newest varieties. Our harvest season typically begins with cherries in June, peaches from July to September, and pears in August.
